We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the return shipping cost.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will review it for you. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. * Some of the carriers we use have limitations on shipping to PO Boxes. At this time, we ship to most countries, except those in South America. The shipping cost of your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
